Shipping Methods
Product deliveries are carried out within Greece within one to three (1-3) working days via the company Geniki Taxydromiki after your order is confirmed, free of charge. In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary details to the above company (full name, address, telephone number), so that the delivery can be completed.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OF €50 AND OVER
Product distribution takes place from 9:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday. Once the order reaches the delivery address, you will be asked for a signature in order to receive it.
If the goods reach their destination and there is no one to receive them, the partner courier company will make two more attempts on the following working days to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notice to contact their relevant representative. The time limit for you to contact them and arrange for the product to be re-sent to you is 3 working days.
After this period, the product is automatically returned to our warehouses. When the product is returned to us, we will contact you regarding the alternatives we offer. In the event that the reason for the return concerns an error by the company, the company undertakes to re-dispatch a courier to the address you have specified for receipt of the order at its own expense.
In the event that the details you entered in the form are incorrect, the Company bears no responsibility for non-delivery.
