Returns Policy

You are entitled to a partial or full return of your order within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

In the event that the reason for the return is the company's fault (e.g., wrong item, defective product), then the return cost is borne by our company. In this case, shipments must be made only via Geniki Tachydromiki.

In any other case, you are responsible for the return cost. You can use the Geniki Tachydromiki service for your return by selecting recipient charges, with a cost of €3 (applies only to Greece). This amount will be deducted from your exchange or refund and will not need to be paid to the courier company.

In the event that you choose to use any other courier company of your choice, you will bear the entire shipping cost, which you will pay to the courier company you choose at the time of sending the parcel.

Products must be returned in excellent condition and must necessarily be accompanied by the sales receipt.

Depending on the payment method you chose for your order and the method by which the return will be made, your refund will be completed within 15 calendar days from the date the company receives the products.
